What is Operza?
Operza is a web-based manufacturing operations and accounting platform built for manufacturers.
It helps digitize the day-to-day flow of a manufacturing business, from materials, products and BOMs through production, packing, inventory and dispatch, while also supporting sales, purchases, costing, payments and financial records.
Instead of information being scattered across spreadsheets, registers and disconnected tools, Operza gives manufacturers a structured system for recording and understanding the work happening across the business.
Operza records what comes into the factory, what gets made, packed and dispatched, and the invoices, bills and payments around it. With Operza Complete, the shop floor and the books stay connected.

Every movement on the floor lands in the same place, so the answer to a stock question does not depend on who is in today.
Materials carry a stock level, an alert level and a unit. Receipts and adjustments are recorded as they happen, so the number on screen is the number someone entered, with a reason attached.
Products carry a recipe, including components you make in house before the final product. A run checks every material first: if one is short, nothing is deducted and no units are posted.
Packing turns loose units into packed ones using the packaging set for that product. Dispatch records the customer, the reference and what went out, and finished-goods stock drops with it.
Nothing is quietly rewritten. A recorded movement stays visible, and a correction is recorded against the original rather than replacing it. A production run can be undone while nothing later depends on it.
When material costs move, an old costing number goes stale. Operza keeps the cost current, so the margin you read is measured against what the unit actually cost to make.
Every material receipt updates its average cost. Product cost is rolled up through the recipe, including in-house components, plus labour, overhead and packing where they are set.
Manufacturing cost is captured at the moment of dispatch and stored on the line, so gross margin is measured against the cost as it stood that day, not today's cost.
Cost changes lists the products that now cost more or less than when you last made them, and what changed.
Where Books is enabled, closing stock is valued from your purchase and production records. You can pin the value at month and year ends, and your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet use those pinned figures.

Upload a supplier bill and Operza reads it. You check the numbers, match the supplier and record it. When money moves, match it against the documents it settles, or hold it as an advance until you know.

The books your accountant already knows
Opening, movement and closing per account, with debits and credits balanced at every stage. Opening balances are set once, copied from your accountant's last balance sheet.
Factory and Books each work on their own. Complete is what happens when one action is allowed to move both.
The units leave finished-goods stock and the sales invoice lands in the books from the same action, so what the customer owes is right without a second entry.
Record the bill, enter the received quantity, and the material arrives in stock as the purchase is posted.
Factory activity and accounting sit in the same business record, so month end is not an exercise in reconciling two separate files.

Operza exports recorded invoices and bills as a file your accountant imports into TallyPrime. You can import your existing Tally ledger names so entries land against the accounts you already use, and Operza tracks which entries have already been sent.
